The rooms are well-appointed, the staff is amiable and excellent. The location is comfy and great, it's not far from restaurants, other attractions and Gaylord. The place to have lunch relatively near the hotel is la senorita.

Quiet and stunningly beautiful hotel in a COMFORTABLE position in the middle of jackson. Big room with private bathroom and central heating, flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Location not far from restaurants, shopping, movies and much more as well as other attractions.

The hotel itself was stunningly beautiful and clean. The room was good sized and huge, besides it had a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge, just in case. The location was lovely, in the middle of jackson, in the extra comfy area.

The room was rather reasonably large, I really enjoyed it. A microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator were a big plus.

Loved our well-appointed rooms and the staff were amiable and excellent. The location was comfy, relatively near a family-run museum. What's more, it was close enough to restaurants, shopping, movies and much more and the grocery store and other attractions.

The location is marvellous, at a moderate distance from Bavarian Falls Park. Everyone who works in the hotel is incredibly nice and helpful. Would like to stay there on the next trip, I truly enjoyed the place, it exceeded all expectations.

I got well-appointed room with a handy kitchenette. Location: the hotel was right by the grocery store and restaurants, shopping, movies and much more🙂👌

Our stay at the hotel was great. The size of the room was perfect and we appreciated the amenities like the refrigerator, Keurig, and microwave. The breakfast provided had a good variety, although we would have liked to see more options for vegans. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location of the hotel was very convenient. We also liked that the pool and gym were open 24 hours a day.

The only downside we encountered during our stay was that the hotel did not provide daily room service. This was surprising to us as we have stayed in many hotels and have never had this issue before.
